PISH POSH AVENUE

Welcome to Pish Posh Avenue, the online home of Vicky and Karen. We are two 20-something-year-old sisters who are born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. This website is our creative outlet, a way for us to share the things we love most. There's not really much more to it, so do enjoy your stay!

By day, Vicky is a CPA who wants to prove that she's not another pencil-pusher. She enjoys doodling in Photoshop and has an ever-growing collection of nail polish and Mary Janes. Although a bit of a homebody, she frequently embarks on food adventures with her family and friends, and every now and then whips up a couple dozen of cupcakes for those with a sweet tooth.

LIKES: drawing, eating, shopping, anything Harry Potter or the Lord of the Rings, Biscoff cookies, wrapping presents, coffee buns, procrastinating, sleeping, baking, giraffes, listening to music with lyrics she can't understand, pirates, nail polish, both dark and white chocolate, Korean BBQ, stuffed toys, math, hot cocoa, all the pink dresses worn by the T-Mobile Girl, cupcakes, unicorns and glitter.

DISLIKES: travelling alone, seafood, coffee (although she's fond of coffee-flavored things), alcohol, candles, egotistical people, one-word text messages, busy season, being woken up by an alarm, clubs and club music, smoking, stiletto heels, the sound made when eating bananas, and creepy-crawly bugs. 

Karen is a simple girl with a simple life. She works in a hotel in the Accounting Department. One of her goals in life is to travel around the world, see the beautiful scenery, and try all the great foods out there.

LIKES: food, photography, the color green, stars, argyle print, rabbits, pies, sleeping, playing the guitar, traveling, rainbows, pocket-watches, wearing rings, sewing, knitting, mellow things, the word "awesome", sloths, socks, and laughing.

DISLIKES: things that are wrinkly, bugs, scary movies, alcohol, rude people, silent but deadly farts, being alone, and forgetting stuff.
