Title: Dinner at Bella Trattoria
Date Taken: February 17, 2012

Last night I went to Bella Trattoria in the Inner Richmond area for a friend's birthday. I actually went there with the same group of friends for my birthday (they chose the restaurant) and both times I can say that the service was excellent, but the food is average.

Title: Koja Kitchen at OtG
Date Taken: February 16, 2012

The picture you see there is what happily sits in my stomach. Koja Kitchen is a fairly new food truck, and I was lucky enough to catch it at Off the Grid (OtG): Civic Center UN Plaza, San Francisco today for lunch.

11:15AM: a few coworkers and I hopped on the underground MUNI to avoid the crowd at OtG. And yes, it gets crowded. I heard about this truck from a friend, and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. Behind the cut you'll see close-up shots of the drool-worthy Korean-Japanese fusion dishes pictured above.

Be prepared to be hungry.

Title: Brunch at Dosa on Fillmore
Date Taken: February 5, 2012

Today I went out to brunch with a few friends at Dosa on Fillmore. The food was really good and the restaurant's ambiance was really nice (the service was friendly and a good level of attentiveness) but overall I would say it is a little pricey. Look at what I ate!

Title: Pork flavor pork
Date Taken: December 18, 2011

I love ramen. I can't get enough of it. *0* One of my favorite places to go is Santa Ramen in San Mateo. I've gone there at least once every year during Christmas time (get it - SANTA Ramen ;D) with the same group of friends for our SEKRIT SANTA exchange ever since 2005. Yes, it is that delicious! It's all about the broth! It is a definite must-try restaurant and you can't go wrong with the 'pork flavor pork'.

Later days,
Karen
